We are proud to introduce custom skate ramps into the services Treecraft offers!

We built a skate ramp in the shop last winter partly to fill a slow patch in our schedule, partly to prototype a fun type of construction we’ve always wanted to get into, and partly because many of us just wanted to skateboard again!  Skateboarding was a big part of a lot of our childhoods.  It is an outlet for many kids to get energy out, to confront risk on their own terms, and to bond with friends while advancing their competence and courage.  We think that the freedom to play is at the heart of what it is to be a kid, and that it should include the ability to push up against your limits, take falls, develop creativity, and build confidence and resilience along the way.  Our goal is to offer fun, durable, beautiful skate ramps with the same spirit of adventurous play that guides our treehouse work!

This skate ramp is incredibly well built, the only way Treecraft knows how:

• Gatorskin skate surfacing (for exterior use) with stainless steel screws, over top of two layers of 3/8” plywood.

• Custom welded coping with bolted-on attachment to ramp

• Reclaimed weathered wood siding and trim for a finished look

• Guardrails at each end

• Access ladders at opposite corners

• 3ft tall, 12ft wide, 24ft long

• 6ft radius on the curve 

We are selling these ramps for $18,500, fully delivered and installed on your property.  This price assumes a relatively level install location, in Fort Collins or the nearby area.  We are happy to deliver to any location or accommodate for tricky out of level ground conditions for an additional fee.  For this first prototype ramp only we are offering a discounted sale price of $13,500, fully delivered and installed.  Although we have been “product testing” it since the winter, it is still in excellent like-new condition, and will be refinished completely upon re-installation such that you’d never know the difference!   Send us a message if interested and we’d love to chat details!
